- Season Passholders use this card for the whole season!
- Replacement Cards are reprinted at an additional cost of $10 + HST

PAYMENT PLAN
Our payment plan is back again for another year!
You will have the option to purchase your Super Duper Early Bird, or Super Early Bird season pass in full or you can take advantage of purchasing your season pass using our Payment Plan.
- Yes, you can use the Payment Plan when you bundle Ski + Bike Season Passes together!
- Submit the application form by e-mail or mail to our administration department <info@poleymountain.com> or call 506-433-7668 and we will set up the payment account for you
- The Super Duper Early Bird or Super Early Bird Season Pass payments must be paid in full by November 1, 2024
- The Super Duper Early Bird Season Pass Sale starts May 1, 2024 and ends June 30, 2024
- The Super Early Bird Season Pass sale starts July 1, 2024 and ends September 30, 2024
All season pass purchases after November 1 2024, must be paid in ONE LUMP SUM at the regular rates.

Poley Sure Insurance:
Poley Sure is insurance that protects your investment. Season Passes do not include Poley Sure Insurance unless you add this option. With Poley Sure, you are guaranteed a prorated refund (see Refund Policy for details) if you are unable to ski or snowboard due to injury, illness or job transfer. The cost for
Poley Sure is $35
+ HST and must be purchased at the same time you purchase your season pass and the coverage will be effective immediately.
If you do not wish to purchase online, you can call 506-433-7668 to buy your passes over the phone, or stop by in person, Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.
You can also submit your completed Waiver via email to info@poleymountain.com
Season Pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
