Terms
- Poley Mountain reserves the right to cancel any Events or Rentals for safety reasons
- Access to set-up for an Event will be limited to operational hours and communicated to you in the final Event & Venue Rental Agreement/Invoice
- 50% Deposit is required at the time Poley Mountain confirms your request(s)
- 50% Remaining Final Payment is to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event
- Cancellations must be received in writing to marketing@poleymountain.com
- Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of 50% of the Deposit paid
- Cancellations received 10 days or less prior to the event will receive a refund of 25% of the Total Payments made
- Damages to the property will be charged at a minimum of $250 plus additional materials or labour required
- Set-Up / Tear-Down - any vehicles required to load or unload equipment can temporarily park next to the Lodge and then relocate to general parking

We are setting up weekly events for our valued Poley community!
IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL trail users must have a valid Season Pass or Day Ticket on display to access the trails at Poley Mountain.
1) Request the date that works best for your group
2) Poley Mountain will confirm/deny your request based on availability and suitability, and add the event to our calendar to help you get the word out
3) Make sure everyone in your crew has either a Season Pass or Day Ticket for access to the trails
4) Enjoy Poley Mountain!

Thursdays: June 13th to October 3rd

Calling all mountain biking groups and race clubs looking for a great practice evening! We are offering a chance to pedal up the Uphill trail and down the open green and blue trails
Available Group Trail Run Dates
Fridays: June 14th to October 4th
6 - 8 pm
Calling all trail running groups! We are offering a chance to organize a trail run up and down the Uphill Trail.
Snack Pop Ups
Saturdays: May 18th to October 5th
2 - 3 pm
Are you a food or drink vendor with a license to serve your products? We are offering a pop up at the bottom of our lift for you to set up a small table and sell your specialty. All products must be approved by Poley Mountain prior to the event.
Open Mic
Saturdays: May 18th to October 5th
4 - 7 pm
Are you a musician looking for an open mic opportunity? We are offering open mic spots that will take place at Slope Side Bar & Grill - preferably on the Patio
Demo Day Dates
Sundays: May 19th to October 6th
10 am - 2 pm
This one is for the outdoor businesses looking to share provide our community with the opportunity to try out gear. Poley is inviting you to set up a tent or two to share demo gear with our community.
TERMS
Dates are confirmed only when Poley Mountain responds to you with a confirmation that your requested date is available. We will also send you additional terms. We reserve the right to deny requests.
Please note: It is the responsibility of each organizer to have adequate insurance, risk management plans, and communication with their membership. Poley Mountain Resorts Ltd. is not responsible for the organization, promotion, or execution of these events.
Demo Days: Maximum two 10x10 spaces (no vehicles) are allowed on display in the area that will be strictly designated by Poley Mountain staff.
Each request is considered for one date.
