Please be prepared to load your bike onto the bike trays at the chairlift

Purchase Tickets on our webstore or in person at the Welcome Centre in the Lobby
For New Cards: Scan QR Code at Pick Up Box on deck to have your Card printed
Place Access Card in a pocket on your left side and do not hole-punch this Card
Enjoy the Mountain

Replacement "New" Access Cards are reprinted at a cost of $5 + HST

Tickets are not transferable or refundable and is revocable for misconduct or for breach of the Responsibility Code

Use your Access Card as your reloadable ticket to the Mountain!

YES! You need an Access Card to use any trails on the Mountain - biking, hiking, or running

Choose to reload the Card for a Day Ticket, and make sure to login using the same email address

YES! You can use the same Access Card you use in the Winter Season

Reload your Card and place it on your left side to be detected at the gates. Please do not hole punch this card.

Please be sure to create a unique Profile for every ticketholder

Book your rentals online to save time!

A credit card is required to rent any equipment at Poley Mountain
You must be 18 to rent a bike, or have a parent or guardian present
Either a credit card or photo ID needs to be left with our Staff until your rental equipment is returned
Equipment must be returned to our Rental Shop within 30 minutes after the chairlift closes or we will add a late charge of $85
Optional Insurance to cover your rental equipment is available for a fee of $25
